Appexoft began as a dream nurtured by our founder Volodymyr during his student years. Seeing new opportunities in a rapidly changing world, he aspired to become an entrepreneur. Being a young student in a developing country, he lacked the resources and knowledge to start. Thus, he embarked on internships in the USA, China, and the UAE. These experiences provided invaluable insights and laid the foundation for his first entrepreneurial capital. Upon returning to Ukraine, Volodymyr established Appexoft. He managed to unite a team of experienced specialists – Taras, Andrii, Oleksandr, and Nazar. Each of them had unique skills and invaluable experience, which allowed the team to work harmoniously and achieve high results. A common vision and values became the basis of effective cooperation. Thanks to this, the team not only solved difficult tasks but also confidently developed and moved towards common goals. The initial months were a challenging period marked by long hours and no weekends, with the company struggling to find footing. Faced with a pivotal decision – to persevere or give up – Volodymyr and his team chose to continue the fight, driven by their belief in their vision and capabilities. Despite the challenging early pages in our IT company’s history, we persevered and ultimately achieved success.
Our resilience paid off, transforming Appexoft into a thriving business with a stellar profile. From those early days of uncertainty, we have grown into a team of over 300 skilled professionals. Our journey is a testament to the power of determination and innovation. Today, Appexoft develops cutting-edge websites and mobile applications for clients across the globe.
